Noggin Learning — Terms of Use & Privacy Policy

1. Intellectual Property

Noggin and all of its content — including the platform design, branding, learning frameworks, tools, copy, and methodology — are the exclusive intellectual property of Noggin Learning. You may not copy, replicate, adapt, or use any part of Noggin to create a competing product without prior written consent.

2. Permitted Use

Access to Noggin is granted for personal educational use only. You may not share your login credentials, resell access, or use the platform for any commercial purpose.

3. Confidentiality

You agree not to reproduce, share, or disclose Noggin's proprietary learning frameworks outside of your personal use.

4. How We Use Your Data (GDPR)

We are the data controller for the personal data you provide. We collect only the data necessary to deliver the Noggin service — this includes your name, email address, age, country, and learning activity. We process this data on the lawful basis of consent and to perform our contract with you.

We will never sell your data to third parties. We may share data with trusted processors (e.g. hosting providers) strictly to operate the platform. Data is stored securely within the EU/EEA or under appropriate safeguards.

You have the right to: access your data, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, restrict processing, and data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@nogginlearning.com.

You may withdraw consent at any time. This will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

5. Children's Privacy

Noggin is designed for learners aged 10–16. If you are under 13 (or under 16 in some EU countries), a parent or guardian must consent on your behalf. By ticking the consent boxes below, the account holder confirms that parental consent has been obtained where required.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. We will notify you of significant changes and ask for fresh consent where required by law.
